CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (3 1/2 or 4 lb.) chicken
5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sweet pickle cubes
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil chicken in salted water until tender. Remove skin and bones and cut meat in small pieces. Add eggs, celery, pickles, onion flakes, Miracle Whip, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. If you want to mold the chicken salad, add 1/2 cup of broth the chicken was cooked in.
