DEUTSCHE DINNER SQUARES 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sm. curd creamed cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tomatoes, sliced thin
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
10 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in cottage cheese with pastry blender to form crumbs. Combine beaten egg, milk and oil. Stir into flour mixture until dough forms. Press dough into greased 9x13 pan. Brush dough with mustard.

Arrange tomato slices over crust. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Cover with sauerkraut and cheese. Bake 400 degrees, 30-40 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and sprinkle of paprika.
