MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
6 to 8 c. mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
1 (9-inch) chocolate crumb crust
2 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate

Spoon ice cream into crust. Melt chocolate; stir until smooth. Drizzle over ice cream. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Keeps up to 2 months in freezer.
