MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
1 Keebler ready crust chocolate flavored or graham cracker pie crust
1 qt. mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Spread softened ice cream into the crust. Freeze 2 hours in saucepan, combine sugar, butter, chocolate, and milk. Heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Let cool, spoon over cut servings of pie. Garnish with mint.
