CHICKEN FAJITAS 
Boneless chicken breast
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
Flour tortilla shells (burrito size)
1 c. water
Sour cream (optional)

Cut chicken into strips. Place taco seasoning and flour into plastic bag and mix. Now add strips to mix and shake until thoroughly covered. In skillet, brown/cook strips and add 1 cup water (this will make the gravy sauce). Warm shells in microwave (or electric fry pan) until slightly soft. Fill shells with strips and cover with sour cream. Add toppings - lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, taco sauce, etc.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
