PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. pecans (halves or pieces)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten slightly
1 unbaked pie shell

Add sugar, syrup, pecans, vanilla and salt to eggs. Pour in unbaked chilled pie shell. Bake on lower shelf in oven at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
