BLUEBERRY GRUNT 
6 tbsp. butter
Dash salt
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. blueberries
Whipping cream

Melt butter in 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, dash of salt. Stir in milk and vanilla. Pour over melted butter. Sprinkle blueberries over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until golden. Serve with whipped cream. 6 to 8 servings.
