PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. or 2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. butter

Put dry ingredients together. Cream butter and add sugar and beat together until light and fluffy with fork. Add peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Beat together until smooth with spoon. Gradually add dry ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate chips in teaspoon of butter and let cool. Divide dough in half. Roll out on floured table into 8'x10" rectangle. Spread chocolate over and roll. Store overnight in refrigerator. In morning, slice 1/8" thick. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
