BEAN AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. mustard
1/4 c. pickle juice or vinegar
2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans

Brown beef, drain, then add onions and pepper. Cook until tender; add other ingredients. Stir mixture well and simmer for 10 minutes. Then pour in large Corning Ware dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
