APPLE CINNAMON BUNS 
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar free pancake syrup
1 (24 count) pkg. frozen dinner roll dough
2 med. cooking apples, pared, cored and thinly sliced
1 pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1/2 stick butter, melted

Coat 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with almonds, then layer apple slices to cover bottom of pan. Roll frozen dough balls in cinnamon and arrange over almonds and apples. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over dough and drizzle with syrup and butter. Cover with towel and let set 6 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Invert pan onto serving plate. Yield: 24 servings.

1 bun equals 1 1/2 starch or bread.
