SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 c. sliced celery
1 med. green pepper, finely chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. thawed frozen crabmeat, drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. thawed frozen shrimp, drained
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dried leaf thyme
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 2 quart casserole (9 x 13 inches). In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Fold together until blended. Turn into buttered casserole. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter, sprinkle over mixture in casserole. Bake uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6.
