OLD FASHIONED MACARONI AND
CHEESE
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. grated cheese

Cook macaroni in 3 quarts of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. Mix butter, flour, and other ingredients. Mix together with cheese and macaroni. Heat on stove until hot. Pour in 1 1/2 or 2 quart dish and cook 350 for about 30 minutes, or until browned slightly.
