PAUL NEWMAN CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 jar Mrs. Richardsons butterscotch caramel topping
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
3 or 4 Heath bars, crushed

Bake as directed in 9 x 13 inch pan. While cake is still hot, poke holes with handle of wooden spoon (all the way to the bottom). Pour milk over the top and let soak in for a few minutes. Then pour caramel topping over the cake. Let cool completely. Spread Cool Whip over cake and sprinkle crushed Heath bars over Cool Whip.
