BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef OR
2 1/2 to 3 oz. dried chipped beef in a jar
8 slices bacon
4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned, split to make 8
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Crumble dried beef on bottom of 8 x 10 or 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Wrap a slice of bacon around each piece of breast; rolled up and place on dried beef. Mix together sour cream and soup; spread over chicken like icing. Bake uncovered for 3 hours at 275 degrees. Serves 8.
