CHICKEN BREASTS BAKED IN CREAM 
3 tbsp. hot fat
3 lbs. chicken breasts
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. cream
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown chicken breasts in hot fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly. Bake until tender. Just before serving, remove chicken and keep warm while making gravy. Bake in 300 degree slow oven for about 2 hours.

Makes 6 to 8 servings. For the gravy, blend mixture of 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup water into drippings in baking pan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. If too thick, thin with milk.
