16 slices of bread
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chives (more if desired)
Garlic salt to taste

Trim crusts from bread and roll bread flat with rolling pin. Whip cream cheese and blend in other ingredients. Spread this mixture onto bread slices. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Dip into melted butter (1 stick). Slice into thirds and warm in 200 degree oven until warm.
