SALMON PATTIES 
1 lb. can salmon
1 med. potato, boiled and mashed
2 tbsp. grated Romano/Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 egg
Bread crumbs

1. Drain salmon and flake into a bowl. Add mashed potato, cheese, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.

2. Mix well and make in 6 nice size patties. Roll in bread crumbs. Put on plate and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.

3. Can be deep fried or baked in oven 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
