SWISS CHEESE SAUCED BEANS 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3-4 drops hot sauce
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 #303 can Festal French style cut green beans, drained

Melt butter in small saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and milk. Cook and stir over low temperature until sauce is smooth. Stir in cheese and hot sauce. Heat until cheese is melted. (Sauce will not be smooth.) Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Arrange drained beans in buttered 1 quart casserole. Pour over sauce and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
