OATMEAL APPLESAUCE BREAD 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. dark seedless raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. In a bowl beat flour and next 8 ingredients with electric mixer until well combined. Stir in oats and raisins; mix until well blended. With a rubber spatula spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake 1 hour until a toothpick inserted in center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool completely on rack. Makes 1 loaf, 12 servings.
