NEOPOLITAN SUMMER SURPRISE

1 box brownie mix
Extras to make brownies
Strawberries and sugar

Wash, hull, cut up strawberries; mix with sugar.

TOPPING:

2 c. Ricotta cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar
6 oz. vanilla yogurt (Yoplait)

Mix topping ingredients thoroughly and chill.

To assemble: Place one brownie on plate, spoon strawberries and their juice on brownie. Dollop Topping over strawberries. Garnish with a couple of strawberries.
