HARD COOKED EGGS | |
To hard cook eggs with no dark coloring around the yoke and less cracked shells. Cover the eggs with cold tap water, and bring to a boil, about 1 minute, in a heavy covered sauce pan. Turn off heat and let the eggs set in the hot water about 20 minutes. Then pour off hot water, add cold water to cool eggs. Use as desired or refrigerate. |
