2 boxes instant pudding, vanilla or banana
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
Box graham crackers
1 pkg. chocolate frosting

Mix pudding, milk, Cool Whip, and confectioners sugar in bowl; put a layer of graham crackers in bottom of 9 x 13 pan and a layer of pudding mixture. Continue layers until finished end with layer of graham crackers. Frost top with chocolate frosting. Chill until ready to serve.
