10 lbs. applesauce
5 lbs. white sugar
1 pint cider vinegar
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. ground cloves

Mix together in roasting pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 6 hours. Stir a few times while cooking. Makes 8 pints. Mcintosh or any good cooking apples can be used.
