8 whole eggs
1/2 gallon ice cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Then add sugar and ice cream. Add enough milk to make 1 gallon. Let ice cream soften until it will blend with mixer into eggs.
