16 oz. Oreo
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
16 oz. Cool Whip

Crush Oreos a few at a time in the blender (save a few for on top). Mix the rest with softened butter and press in dish to form crust. Mix cream cheese with sugar and half of the Cool Whip.

Spread over crust. Make pudding and spread over cheese mixture. Top with other half of Cool Whip and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Use 9 x 13 inch dish (or 2 smaller ones - 1 for home - 1 for pot luck)
