CHEESE BALLS 
1 c. packaged biscuit mix
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. grated onion

Blend together, thoroughly, biscuit mix, cheese, milk, mayonnaise, and a dash of salt, with a fork. Shape into 1/2 inch balls. Combine parsley and onion. Roll cheese balls in parsley mixture. Bake on greased baking sheet in 450 degree oven for 7 to 10 minutes. Makes about 30 balls.
