HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. (box) frozen, shredded hash browns (thawed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
Chopped green pepper, if desired
16 oz. sour cream

Mix together and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt 1 stick butter and pour over the top. Crush 1/2 bag of potato chips and sprinkle on the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
