SENSATIONAL SALAD 
1/2 head cauliflower, cut in bite-size pieces
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 head cabbage, shredded or chopped
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled (or use bacon bits, Bac-O's, about 1/3 to 1/2 c.)
1 sm. bunch broccoli flowerettes, cut bite-size

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. grated Parmesanc cheese
1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar (to taste)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Layer vegetables in large bowl; add dressing. Mix and serve.

Serves 10 to 12. You can add green pepper, radishes, red cabbage, etc. for more color.
