BUTTERMILK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. butter
1 c. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk (nonfat)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. strong hot coffee

Mix together all ingredients and beat for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until done. Frost with favorite icing. Delicious and easy!
