ALL IN ONE - PAN BEEF STEW 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water (may need more)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 lb. stew beef in 1 inch cubes
6 carrots, 1 inch chunks
4 celery ribs, 1 inch chunks
1 lg. onion, cubed
4 med. potatoes, cubed

Combine first 8 ingredients. Blend. Add the rest and stir to coat. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serves 6 to 8. Check it out periodically and if it seems to be getting too dry add a little more hot water.
