ONE PAN JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. smoked sausage (1 inch pieces) or lean turkey sausage
3/4 c. uncooked rice (not Minute Rice)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter (optional)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped red and/or green pepper
1 stalk celery, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 20-25 minutes or until rice is cooked. Serves 4.
