MRS. TOLLIVER'S CARAMEL FUDGE 
1 c. sugar, melt in skillet until light brown

Mix in large pan:

2 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Bring to boil and pour in caramalized sugar. Stir constantly and cook until soft ball stage. Remove and add 2 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well. Pour in greased pan. Can add nuts if desired.
