PASTA SALAD 
12 oz. rotini noodles (colored optional)
1/2 lb. imitation crab meat (or real)
13 oz. marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 sm. red onion
4-5 stalks celery, sliced
Sliced pepperoni (optional)
Cherry tomatoes (optional)

Cook noodles accordingly. Add artichoke hearts with liquid to cooled noodles. Slice remaining ingredients; add. Serve with ranch or Italian salad dressing for best results.
