CHEESE GRITS CASSEROLE | |
4 c. boiling water 1 tsp. salt 1 c. grits 1 stick butter 8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 or 3 drops Tabasco sauce 2 eggs Milk Cook grits in water with salt. Remove from heat. Add butter, cheese, garlic and Tabasco. Put eggs in cup and beat. Add milk to eggs to make 1 cup and beat well. Add to grits mixture. Bake in greased 2 quart casserole at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6. |
