1 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 lb. crunchy peanut butter (generous amount)
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
Chocolate coating, melted

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Roll into 3/4 inch balls. Dip halfway into melted chocolate coating. Set on waxed paper until cool. I've also dipped all way into chocolate coating and topped with a small peanut. Makes 100 small balls.
