CAPER CHICKEN 
Chicken, cut up & skin removed
4-6 sm. whole onions
1 green pepper, cut in chunks
4 whole (fresh) tomatoes or a lg. can whole tomatoes with juice
Mozzarella cheese
1 jar capers

Lightly brown chicken in small amount of oil. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Add whole onions, cook 15 minutes more. Add green pepper and tomatoes. Put chicken on top of vegetables and simmer a few more minutes. Slice mozzarella cheese and lay on top of chicken, melt. Add capers and juice over all.
