TURKEY ORANGE SLICES 
1 naval orange
8 oz. thinly sliced smoked turkey
16 sprigs watercress

Wash and dry orange and cut into 1/4 inch slices; halve each. Slice turkey into 3/4 inch wide strips and wrap around centers of orange slices. Tuck a sprig of watercress under turkey just before serving. Makes 16 servings.
