DOUBLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar. Combine butter, oil, water and cocoa in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar and mix well. Dissolve soda into buttermilk and add to chocolate mixture. Add egg, salt and vanilla. Beat together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes in a sheet cake pan.

FROSTING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Combine butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan. Boil, then add sugar, and vanilla; mix well. Spread on top of cake while cake is still warm.
