BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
2 c. chicken or turkey, chopped (optional)
2 eggs, beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. herb seasoned dressing mix

Cook broccoli until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and place in a buttered casserole dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, milk, eggs, onion and chicken in bowl. Spoon over broccoli; sprinkle with cheese and crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes.
