CRABMEAT SUPREME 
8 slices bread (white), cubed
2 c. crabmeat (fresh claw)
1 yellow onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
4 beaten eggs
1 c. canned mushroom soup
Dash paprika
3 c. milk

Cook celery in water for 10 minutes. Put 4 cut pieces of bread in bottom of pan. Mix crab, onion, mayonnaise, pepper and celery and spread over bread. Place 4 pieces of bread on top.

Mix egg and milk. Pour over all. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or more. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees in 9 1/2 x 13 inch pan. Spoon soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika or cheese or both. Bake 1 hour. Serves 4.
