CREAM CHEESE PIE 
2 (8") graham cracker pie crusts
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Fold sour cream into the cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and beat with electric beater for five minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill the 2 pie crusts and bake for 1 hour.

Before baking, you may add crushed pineapple or other drained fruit to top of pie, as desired.
