EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in bowl all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in preheated oven 325 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Makes own crust. (For coconut variation, add 1 cup shredded coconut.)
