WHEAT SALAD 
1 1/2 c. uncooked wheat
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. box dry instant vanilla pudding
15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
12 oz. whipped topping
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Soak wheat overnight and cook until tender in water. Takes about 4-5 hours on medium heat. Cook until the water has evaporated, being careful not to burn.

Combine rest of ingredients. Add this to cooled, cooked wheat, stir together. Can get wheat at Milling Company.
