QUICK BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 c. ham
1 c. water
2 c. milk
1 or 2 c. cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (2 c.)
3 tbsp. flour

Cook ham, water, and broccoli for 10 minutes. Mix the flour with milk. Add to the ham mixture; simmer 5 minutes or until thick. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cubed cheese. Heat just until cheese begins to melt. Serve hot.
