ST. CATHERINE'S RING CEREMONY
PUNCH
 
3 qts. pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. lemon juice
3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. lime juice
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mint leaves, lightly packed
4 (1 pt. 12 oz.) bottles ginger ale
2 (1 pt. 12 oz.) bottles carbonated water
1 pt. strawberries, fresh or frozen

In large container combine juices, sugar and mint; chill. (This can be done ahead of time.) In advance, additional strawberries and/or other fruits may be frozen in ice cubes or ice ring. Just before serving, add ginger ale, carbonated water and strawberries. Pour mixture over ice in bowl. Yield: 75 small servings.
