COD FISH ARREGANATO 
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 slices cod fish steak, 1 inch thick
2 oz. sweet vermouth
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery powder

Use a 10 x 10 or 10 x 12 oven pan. Place olive oil in bottom of pan. Place the 4 slices of cod in. Mix vermouth and lemon juice together and pour over cod. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over the to. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Remove and serve. Makes 4 servings.
