BUTTERMILK ROLLS 
2 pkgs. yeast
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
5 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Let rise until double, roll out into cinnamon rolls or shape for dinner rolls. Rise again until double. Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
