3 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased and floured dripping pan or angel food pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle top of cake with powdered sugar when done.
