KRIS KRINGLES 
1/4 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. dry roasted chopped peanuts

Melt butter and chips over low heat, add eggs; remove. Add vanilla and stir together until smooth and glossy. Add the powdered sugar; stir well. Add the nuts and coconut. Roll in powdered sugar on wax paper to make a log. Let chill. Cut into pieces.
