1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
3-4 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Combine ingredients thoroughly. Shape into an 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf in a shallow baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Let loaf stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
